I had to have my roof completely replaced, partially due to Hurricane Micheal, but some due to the age of it. It also needed new plywood decking, which I knew it would need. After the storm, I had been flooded with people knocking at my door or mailing out flyers for roof repairs/replacements. I am a widow and a senior citizen, so I have been around long enough to know all of their scams and such. I waited for the right time and got several estimates. One being through Gulf Atlantic Roofing with their Project Mgr. Ian Lloyd. Now I was very impressed with his knowledge of home improvement and roofing, and all of the aspects that go along with it. So many little details that you don't even realize. But it was a genuine joy to be treated with respect by a man that could have just been a royal pain. But Ian Lloyd is so devoted to his job and his workers, it made the entire process a breeze. I will admit, they were not the lowest estimate, but when you are dealing with your home, do you really want the cheapest deal?? I highly recommend Gulf Atlantic Roofing, Inc. in Lynn Haven and their team of employees. The did my tear off, replaced the decking and new shingled roof, All in one Day!!!! And I didn't have to wait for weeks on any list either. Thanks to Gulf Atlantic Roofing and its crew for a professional service. They replaced my roof post hurricane Michael 2 weeks after contracted, the roof was completed in two days (large steep roof). Will was very knowledgeable and helpful, the crew was expedient and cleaned up after themselves. They even reroofed my mailbox to match. Follow up after they completed was beyond expectation.
