Great company! Jason came out and gave an estimate for roof tile replacement and one week later he and his crew completed the job. He and his team we very friendly and provided feedback on the repairs. Overall great company, employees doing quality work at a reasonable price

Grew up in construction, would not recommend these people to do anything, they did my new roof due to buying a home ,they were not my choice,didn't want deal with us even though as the buyer we paid for half the roof,a couple months later we had to replace all the guttering, 30ft fell off, the rest they didn't put the shims back against facial boards ,so all the rain water passed over the guttering because it was tilted down , didn't properly cut in around chimney, left lots of nails in yard , talked bad about us to other residents, I could go on and on,,,beware

After the storm in September 2017 (IRMA), we had our roof looked at and understood it needed to be replaced soon. We reached over to Lewis Barnhart Roofing to price this out and get the work completed at we trusted this company from using them after Matthew in 2016 for repairs. Since our issue was not critical as we didn't have leakage into the home, we thought we would wait to call since there were so many who needed more urgent help. I called on 10/31 and spoke to the receptionist who told me that “Jason” would call and get us on his calendar. After not hearing back for a week, I called again and spoke to Mr. Barnhart himself where he stated again that he would have Jason call to get us on the calendar. Three weeks later, still no call. I called again on 11/27 and spoke to Cheyenne. I told her I understand if they are busy but hadn't received a call back and was trying to gauge when to expect a call and about how far out they were with scheduling. She stated she was new, and without notice passed me to a rude and arrogant person who refused to give her name. This person told us they were very busy and I would need to wait. She offered to remove me from their list. I told her I just want to know when I can expect a call. She refused to give me even an inclination as to about how far out they were. Out of frustration, I asked if we were looking at 2019. She abruptly stated, “Yeah, that's right”, and hung up on me. I called back, and another person answered. He too refused to give his name and stated that I was removed from their list and to not call them again and he too hung up on me. Here is the issue. All I wanted was an approximate date. When your company is so packed with work that you can't handle the load, either hire more employees, or be honest with your customers and let them know you are a few months out or more out. There is no need to be so arrogant and obnoxious with your customers. I am very disappointed is the behavior of the hired staff help at this company and would not consider allowing them my business for future. I will be sure to share my story whenever I hear of someone looking for a roofing company. Shame on your Lewis Barnhart Roofing.

This company was used by our GC who hired them to redo our flat roof surface for our business. Last year after the hurricane, we had excessive amount of water intrusion. After several frustrating attempts the owner finally came out to look at the issue. Was told he would send a team out to take care of the problem. It's almost hurricane season again and still no one has comevto fix the problem. Very poor customer service with rude phone skills towards customers. Heavy rains again have caused water damage to our business but they don't care. It feels like oncevthey have your money for the job they are done with it and do not care about good customer repore. The better business bureau will hear about them for sure as they are not backing their work!

Waited almost a month for warranty repair. One of the co-owners, Tiffany, is extremely rude and as unprofessional as anybody I have ever dealt with as a customer. As a favor to yourself, do not uses this roofing company.
