I needed to replace some older windows in my house & decided to upgrade to hurricane resistant glass. I called Mullet's and was quickly given an appointment with Keith who came to my home, was very knowledgeable about his products and had some excellent suggestions. Keith explained that there would be at least 8 weeks lead time for my windows to be made which was reasonable and I appreciated him setting realistic expectations for me. When the installers arrived with my windows, I was impressed with their politeness and expertise. They did a great job removing my old windows and installing my awesome new hurricane windows. They make a huge difference in blocking sound from outside, plus no more hurricane shutters! Thanks Mullet's Aluminum.

Mostly a custom shop for railing but they have everything with a nice showroom. Went out there to see what they have and the staff while very nice cant tell you much about the fencing or railings. They are arranging for an estimator to come out and see our job. The said supposed to call in the next week to 10 days and can usually get out in 3 to 4 days. So expect about 2 week wait for a visit. However, estimator was there in 48 hours!! Measured, listened to what we wanted. They said it would take a week for a quote but we had it in 2 days! Everything is made to order so expect to wait 12 to 14 weeks for installation. All in all from first call to installation for custom job expect 15 to 18 weeks or 5.5 months, however, In our case is seems much faster! While this is a long time, this is for custom made welded railings, not inexpensive snap together prefabbed parts. The make a great product!

Communication is terrible between departments. People that make mistakes regularly and supervisors that call their subordinates slurs are allowed to do so and keep their jobs. While people that show up everyday on time and get their work done correctly and efficiently are sabotaged and fired without explanation. The only good thing I have to say about Mullet's is the actual Mullet's family. They are good people. They just have bad judgement in supervisors.

I found every aspect of Mullet's service to be exceptional from the initial meeting to discuss the installation of a new hurricane resistant window to the time frame with which it was delivered and the men who installed it. They were prompt, polite, courteous and did an excellent job. Couldn't have asked for saying better.
