This company is Super unorganized, never follow through in a timely manner, finished my roof and I had to call them for an invoice project coordinator always deflects and says call kim at the office I had to inform him she no longer worked there then I get a hold of her replacement and they said the bill wasn't ready yet. Fine please send it when ready never heard back from them. Got a call from a collection agency with an inflated balance due. Never got a call or letter from RMX for a balance due

Needed a roof redone due to storm damage. They were spot on and got the job done quickly! The roofers showed up bright and early at 7am, as I was told they would do, and they completed the job in ONE day! They cleaned up as they went as well. No nails or trash left on my lawn, roof, or driveways. Every person who worked on my roof- from the customer service to the job itself was professional and courteous! The city inspector told me post roofing job that the roofers did a great job on my roof!

First day they arrived early and went straight to work. I am very impressed. They are keeping up with the clean up as they go. Great teamwork and everyone is working hard and very professional. I just pray for their safety up there! Also, I am very protective concerning my new gutters and when i told them they had no problem moving the ladder away from my gutters. That let me know they care about the customer. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof. I have to be honest, i didn't know what to expect. Thank you.

If I could rate MINUS 0, I would!!!! This place will most definitely meet CARMA in a very bad way one day, they are SCAMMERS AND very unprofessional. Please take heed and know this company is a SCAM. I signed their forged AOB, I was misled and lied to about the paper they asked me to sign. Once I realized they had me sign an AOB/ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFITS to get all money from my insuramce company if claim was approved I immediately called to VOID it within the 3 days allotted. As soon as I called the company explaining I would like to cancel the contract, my call was disconnected. A female by name Marina "telephone tough guy" was disrespectful and hung up on me continually. IT got better when office manager Tim Delepaz finally took my call. I was DISRESPECTED and told too BAD so sad and was given an incorrect email address to send my letter of cancellation. I ended up sending a fax, email and certified mail to meet my deadline. I just received a letter from Tim Delepaz advising the 3 × 4 piece of tarp for my roof is $750.00!!!! These people FAIL to understand that the contract IS VOIDED!!!! FOOLS! It's time to take LEGAL ACTION! I wish I could attach all the documents I have accumulated through this fiasco to show the world!!!! This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! They say they will partner with you to help get issues repaired through insurance, but when they got to my home telling me what to say to my insurance company, I knew they were twisted!!! I would not LIE on the date of the storm or ANYTHING else they told me to say.

I am not pleased at my recent service My job has not been completed I still have debris and the big bin I can't park in my driveway or walk safely. Start work Wednesday never came back today is Saturday left my satellite hanging on d side of the roof had to call the cable people no service got 3days. I hope someone in charge can see this and help to solve this. I am a customer not here to scam review as they say.I saw reviews b4 my job was done but saw a review here that said they wanted to charge 1000s for the material they already bought and d list goes on. Hope I hit some fair luck with rmx u can't even call them only have my contractors # where is the company's customers service #?
