Mr. Halsey is absolutely right to be upset on my not providing an estimate. They needed a new shower and I simply could not go and did not update them. I deserve a one star from them and I will attempt to make it up to them. I do have a good reputation but I obviously failed this customer. I'm sincerely sorry.

I had to rate this guy a 1 star,there wasn't an option for lower,I asked him on several occasions for an estimate to redo a bathroom,haven't got one yet,what a way to do business,even though he said he would come time and time again...think this guy don't know what he's doing,I haven't seen anything...so if you want to do something but Noone gives you an estimate...this is your guy...my opinion
