Hired Mallard Systems to clean all the outside surfaces of my home. They advertise low pressure, but as I was leaving the techs were cranking up a pressure washer to clean the fascia. I got home to water dripping through my ceiling. YES, THEY SHOT RIGHT THROUGH THE VALLEY INTO OUR FAMILY ROOM CEILING!!! Lucky for them they have my credit card on file. They get paid, I get damage. No follow up. We have used Mallard countless times in the past under the previous owner with great success. But obviously times have changed.

This company came to “power wash” my entire complex recently. The employees continually yelled an animal call ALL DAY LONG while standing outside our windows clearly talking to their friends on the phone or sitting on social media while not even paying the slightest bit of attention as to what they were doing. They were the most unprofessional people I have ever come across to provide a needed service. In addition, I needed to power wash my unit afterwards because their work was so poor. PLEASE use another company!!!

Very pleased with Mallard Systems and the cleaning of our roof. The home we purchased in 2017 was built in 2006 and the roof needed to be cleaned. The outcome was more than expected and the roof looks like new. Highly recommend Mallard Systems. The crew did an excellent job protecting plants and making sure we were satisfied.

I have used Mallard for all my exterior cleaning needs for years and they not only have never let me down, but continually exceed expectations. The customer service staff is always friendly and responsive; the technicians are the same AND do superb work.

Landlords decided to take a gamble and hire these “experts” to take care of cleaning both houses roof. Unfortunately these ‘trained’ technicians did the bare minimal when it comes to their job descriptions both technicians very poor in customer service and communications. The worst part is when i walked outside of my house to find a nice wet surprise all over my front door and front porch! I had no idea that roofing cleaning also included front door wash and also a free bleach soaking of all my shoes (including work shoes). When I confronted the technician they played a small game of pointing fingers as neither of them wanted to take responsibility, with few words to none they did not apologize and just suggested i should dry all 7 pairs of shoes they soaked for no reason and carried on. I’ve never experienced such a lack of professionalism and respect towards my personal items. Neither the technicians or Managers (over the phone) Took matters and made it better they ended this with a deflecting apology and made it clear they’re not responsible for their poor work. Huge shoutout to their customer service trainer on absolutely failing on their job!
