Giving 2 stars because I don't know how the installers even work. 2 stars due to lack of communication. Called up and requested an estimate and a roofing inspection. Was told someone would call me back and discuss the estimate and set up a time. I was called back but to verify the address, then received a text message to re verify my address which they still had wrong. The person on the other end of the text message never identified themselves. Randomly someone showed up this morning with ladder already set up to climb onto my roof. No appointment was made for a day and time. Very unprofessional.

Best group of people out there doing roofing. They made sure that I was completely comfortable in my choice as well as helped me to stay within my budget. They work great with insurance claims and do what they say they will. Tiffany in the office is just about the most patient and friendly person I've met. There was lots of changes to my contract and she was always there to be happy and helpful. These people truely partnered with me through a very difficult time. 5 Stars A+++++

I would recommend Provision Roofing to anyone and everyone. They do an AMAZING job and it all started off with the Lady Tiffany that works there and how she handled my phone call. She is well educated on the product and very very professional on the phone. So if you want your roof done please contact them and have a GREAT experience

This company was a real pleasure to work with. They are professional in every way. I want to point out that Tiffany kept up communications with me even in her days off. She exemplifies ownership culture in an employee. I will choose Provision Roofing in the future for all of my roofing needs.
