Beyond satisfied with this roofing company. Called several others in the area. Pyramid was the 1st to come out & beat the other estimates significantly. Roof was installed within a couple weeks. Salesman was on site during the job & came out a couple days later to ensure me & my husband were satisfied. He has called a couple more times since to check up on us and the roof. I’ve recommended this company to several friends and family members. They all had the same results:)

I had someone come out the same time the insurance adjuster came out to evaluate some wind damage on my roof. When the insurance adjuster mentioned that they will cover half of my roof I asked Kierra the person from pyrimid roofing to see what the difference will cost me. She told me they were having a deal on their architectural shingles. You get them at the same price you do for the 3 tab shingles. So I asked her how much it would cost me to get the rest of the roof done. At this point she didn't get on the roof to do any measurements and asked the insurance adjuster what they were. Few hours later she texts me and says that it will cost 3000 including the detuctable. Knowing that it was going to cost be 3k I agreed and signed the paperwork. Few days later she randomly comes over and gets on the roof without letting me know. About a week later she mentioned they are planning to do your roof on Saturday if weather permits. It rained so they ended not doing the roof. I never heard back from them when they were planning to reschedule they had bad communication. I ended up texting this person to ask when they would be working on my house. She replied they will be there in the morning.1 week later I called and asked when they would be working on my house they said Saturday. So Saturday comes and they start working on my roof. When they were done they realize they didn't have enough shingles. At this point I was out of town and didn't know what was going on. They end up getting more shingles complete the rest of the roof then I get a text saying the measurements were incorrect you will have to pay an additional 1400. That's almost 50 percent more then I signed for. This was ridiculous that the individual didn't measure the roof told me it would be 3000 and now saying we are adding an extra 1400. I could have went with cheaper tiles if it was going to cost more. This is almost 50 percent more then what they told me I would be paying. Just for everyone's knowledge make sure you get a quote not an estimate otherwise you could get screwed like I did. On a side note tons of nails left in the yard and driveway. On the contract it mentions them using a magnet to get the nails but I mean you can visably see the nails because they have the circular color rings around them. Also they pushed some tiles underneath my skydome. Told them when I went and paid still have not heard anything back of them fixing the issue. Do your research online and get a few quotes not estimates from diffrent places before choosing one. Don't think your going to pay what they tell you it could be 50 percent more. Yes I used profanity who wouldn't when they are told that they are going to be charged about an extra 50 percent more. Where does the difference from the extra 4 thousand come from when she stated there was a deal going on for the same price as the 3 tab roofing tiles. Don't put the blame on your paying customers when you don't do the job right the first time.

I really like these men. Very professional and Curtious. I had been requesting people to come look at hotel since October. Corey came and helped me and then I took him to my personal home to roof it to. Man they look good. They are going to roof my other 12 hotel.

Company representative said I had enough roof damage to submit an insurance claim. Scheduled insurance company to look at the roof. Pyramid said they would be here. Well, they didn't show up at the scheduled time. They said they were too busy with another customer and couldn't make it. Insurance said the damage was minimal and costs would be under the deductible. Maybe they didn't come because they knew it would not pass an independind review. I won't trust their opinion again.
