D Tagmire review about company Affordable Roofing

We had a leak on our roof, unfortunately we decided to call Affordable commercial Roofing, they took our money and did not fix the problem. The owner, Mr. Mitchel gave us one year warranty for the work performed but when we contacted them a month later because the problem was not fixed he was no where to be found. I don't understand how these companies keep ripping off people and the Better Business Bureau does nothing.
