Joanne Li review about company Bronco Roofing

I was referred to Bronco by a home inspector, and being a family-owned business I thought they would be customer-centric, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to arrange a quote. They initially agreed to come out and give me an estimate for the roof but said they would have to "get back to me." I called back 3 times, and didn't receive an answer. Each time I was told by the receptionist she would call me back. The last time, I called two hours before the appointment time to confirm if our appointment was still on, and she told me, "I'm on another line, I'll call you back." Needless to say, she never did, and they never showed up. If it's this hard to schedule an estimate, I can't imagine how difficult it would be if they were actually fixing your roof. Buyer beware!
