Working with H&R was wonderful. Tom Robinson represents his company name well. Not only did Tom respond to an email I sent through his website within 5 minutes, but he showed up the next day (a Sunday) at the exact time he said he would be at my home. Communication before and during the project was superb. Costs were exactly what he quoted - no surprises - and much less than what friends and neighbors paid for similar size roof replacements.
