Leigh C review about company Innovate Roofing

UNFINISHED WORK !! After an attempt to fix a leak around the chimney lead flashing area, (had to wait for next rain to find it still leaked) the guy came back to see if could be fixed, said it must be coming from the top of the chimney. stuck a bit of silicone around the mushroom cap. Still had my leak, he had the audacity to tell me to get someone else to do it, bearing in mind he still took the money from me after the first visit. This is not on, thought the guy was decent as he came back to try and fix but did not see it through!!!! A few weeks later having told the roofer that reviews were posted and that I will be having to get a replacement roofer, plus scaffolding put up and would be claiming back through a solicitor he decided to call and have a go to fix the leak also perhaps because my replacement roofer pointed out that the lead work was done incorrectly, you could see this from ground level. It still leaked, better than it was so but still leaked. No surprise when the roofer does still not return calls.
