Refused to come and pull up boards after a leak happened even after I made it clear this was urgent. Pulled up the boards myself. Then impossible to get him to come back and fix it. By the time he called to re-schedule (again) I had fixed the leak myself and nailed the boards back in place. Nice guy but terrible follow-up service.
