Francis McQuillen review about company East Coast Exteriors

East Coast Exteriors replaced my gutters and a roof leak in the summer/fall of 2007, and by late fall the roof was leaking in the same place. I called them three different times and they kept telling me they'd come out, but they never showed up; each time, when I called them afterward the owner made an excuse. When he didn't show up on the day he promised the third time, I hired someone else. The leafguard gutters they installed didn't work at all-- they were clogged with leaves and debris in less than a year--overall, their work was very poor and their follow up was nonexistent. If you have a roof or gutter problem, don't use these guys.
