Shelby Humphreys review about company F.D. Thomas, Inc. (FDT)

I own a very small motel in Oregon, I had some of their workers do damages in my room, at first the man seemed very polite and willing to help saying their actions would reflect his company. The first card they filled out had a name on it they said wasn't one of their workers. As soon as I got the other card they had filled out, and it had their correct name, the project manager completely changed his attitude. His workers had by that time admitted doing it but said it was an accident, I was willing to work with them but all 3 including the project manager told me since it was an accident that I was liable and to "get over it" and "F*** off". I was completely shocked considering he had already been so nice and said he didn't want it to reflect the company like that. So just be warned this is how they handle their business. I hope no one has to go through what I went through.
