Business Monkey review about company Best Prices Roofing

Stay far far away from this company.... Our roof was installed by them (previous owner) and it has leaked twice in 6 yrs.. first time they came and repaired, but the second time whoa. I called and spoke with the old lady and she said she'd send someone out. 2 days went by without a word so I called again and got voicemail. I left a message saying that I hadn't heard back yet and was wondering when we might expect someone. Nothing. Called back MOnday morning and the old lady accuses me of calling her and chewing her out and threatening to turn her in. I told her that I only left a voice mail, and a polite one...and she said "i don't know what your on, but you called me, it was you, i know your voice.... blah blah blah, basically getting out of a roof repair by acting nuts. Seriously... the guy who put the roof on our house spent $9300, and it has been a huge rip off.
