Kyle Deason review about company Moody's Roofing Inc

I met up with this guy for a consultation to repair a leak in the roof of our church (still under warranty with the company). I was late to the consultation (which I acknowledged, called him to let him know, apologized profusely for keeping him waiting, etc.). First words out of the guy's mouth to me, someone he's never met before and a customer, were harassment and snide, sarcastic comments. I again apologized sincerely, introduced myself, and invited him in. He says, "I'm leaving." I say, "Really? Why'd you wait for me to get here then?" "I didn't." "You clearly did, as you're still here." Guy was still there on the phone with someone when I got there and still decides to leave and not come in to check out the leak. Not only was it a waste of time and gas making trip across town, he was also really just a jerk. Not trying to smear the company frivolously, but people need to know about stuff like this when doing research and making transactional decisions. Once the warranty is up, we will not be using this company again.
