Matt Childs review about company Northwest Roofing Systems Inc

NW Roofing Systems is the most unprofessional organization that I have done business with. We requested their services to perform a roof inspection and in return received a generic, substandard report that offered zero insight to the situation. Since the report was not detailed, I requested that they clarify a few of their points to include an explanation of the mid-grade quality pictures that were taken. This is their response. "1. Talk to inspector 2. Talk to inspector 3. Talk to inspector 4. Talk to inspector 5. Talk to inspector 6. Talk to inspector Obviously the 'admin staff' is incapable of providing a satisfactory answer through a written report. Let me remind you that you asked for a report not a complete education course. You obviously have an agenda in mind that the 'admin staff' is unaware of." With so many roofing companies in the area, why even consider NW Roofing Systems based on their track record? I suggest starting somewhere else.
