Scot Cummin review about company Bontrager Roofing

Had Bontrager Roofing repair our barrel tile roof. After we paid them in full, we learned that they never replaced the tiles after the repair (even though we told and showed them we had extra tiles in the garage). We had to call them after the repair as we had tar running down our paver driveway after the first rain. They came out and cleaned up most of the tar. We later learned (after a personal visit on the roof) that the tiles had not been replaced on the repair site. Again, we called them multiple times, they said they would come out (multiple times) and never showed up. Less than 12 months after the repair, the roof is leaking in the same spot (in the garage) and now also in the dining room along the repair site...even worse than before. Called again, said they would come out, asked if we had it repaired yet, never showed. I would strongly NOT recommend them for roofing repair.
