I called B&B to get an estimate on my roof, for a repair, due to wind damage. I asked at that time, if the estimate was sent through email, or mail, and she said "by mail". A gentleman came out and looked at my roof. At that time, he told me he would call me with the estimate, but never did. 2 weeks went by, and still no phone call.
