I expecting them to come over with an estimate and then set up an appointment for the actual repair. Never in my wildest imagination did I think that they would already have the supplies in their truck for repairing my Irma wind damage, but they would also have a full explanation of what was required AND finish before lunch. Highly recommended and personable, like good neighbors!
