Frank of Ridgestar Roofing has ;had my Ins. money since Hurricane Michael in November and has completed nothing that he started. It is now t;he end of June and he will not return my phone calls. I'm an elderly handicapped female who is on limited fixed income. I have two signed contracts with them and nothing to show for it but a mess.

My husband and I requested a roof inspection through their website and Brian gave us a call within the half hour and set us up witb an appointment. He was there at the time we agreed on and everything else was pretty easy. After inspecting our roof, as we had thought, we had hail damage. Brian helped guide us through the insurance claim process, met with our insurance adjuster and we had a new roof installed within 30 days.
