Shawn and his team are absolutely amazing!!! Shawn was willing to come to our home in the evening to assess our roof and walk us through the process instead of asking us to rearrange our schedules. He was very flexible and put our needs as the customer first. Shawn was very thorough in explaining how to work with our insurance company and walked us through the process step by step. On the day of the replacement, he oversaw his crew ensuring everything was done correctly. Upon completion of the job, you wouldn't have even known they were here as the crew was very conscious of clean up efforts and leaving our home as they found it. Very impressive job Shawn and 1st National Roofing!!!! We would not use any other company!!!

I had my new roof replaced by 1st National Roofing in April. I worked with Shawn who was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the entire procedure beforehand. His team arrived promptly and were meticulous in property protection preparation and cleanup. Shawn was available to oversee the entire construction and kept me informed progressively thru picture sharing and pointing out certain steps in person. As promised, the day ended with an impressively, beautiful new roof. This was a positive experience, Thank You Shawn, you put my mind at ease and made the entire transformation smooth.

Very professional company. I highly recommend that you make an appointment and request to meet with Josh (Project Manager). He is punctual, professional and makes your process stress free. I had my roof replaced and Josh took care of everything. He helped me with my claim with my insurance and took it from there. No sales pitch or con. He provided me all the information that I needed. Customer service called me with an installment date of my choice and was done in a timely manner. The crew came at the time/day I requested, installed my new roof and left my home in immaculate condition. Thanks to Josh my roof replacement didn’t cost me any expenses out of my pocket.

Shawn was Awesome!! He worked hard and went above and beyond from day one (before we ever signed a thing) to make the process simple and easy for us. It really was as if he were an acting attorney on our behalf, dealing with the adjusters and insurance company to make sure we weren’t taken advantage of. From start to finish, we had a great experience. Patricia was able to schedule us in a timely manner. They sent out a Josh to check up. Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very thorough, up front and honest. We were so delighted to find out that our roof did not need any extensive repair.
