They worked with my insurance company and was able to get my claim processed quickly. They answered all my questions and explained everything so my wife and I could understand. I had a wonderful experience with Brett Hayse! Mathew did a wonderful job of explaining the whole process and following up with me as needed. I was denied before by my insurance company, but this time my insurance covered the cost of my roof replacement. It took approximately 8 hours for them to complete the job.

From the moment I met the Sales Representative, Christian Riceman, and the Roofing Insurance Claim Inspector, David Keith, I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were both very courteous, knowledgeable, and straight forward about the how the whole process would work. They even helped me get the claim started immediately. As I was waiting for the project to start, they stayed in contact with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the process. On the day of the roof build, the Superintendent showed up early, and discussed the game plan with me. The crew was phenomenal. They came in, protected my property, removed the old roofing materials, installed the new roof, and cleaned up in one day. I was very impressed by all of them. Christian and David even stopped by to check in with me, on this day. If you need roofing, ridge vents, gutters, etc..., then these are the guys that you want to have do the work. I highly recommend this company! I am a completely satisfied customer. The office staff was also very helpful with scheduling the job, keeping in contact, setting up a final inspection, and dealing with financial aspect of this roofing project. Overall, this was a really great experience!

Absolutely an awesome experience for my first ever home insurance claim, Brett Hayse representative David Keith explained everything from how the process worked and how the install would go, he made this a painless and easy process and was extremely professional through and through. Would absolutely recommend to anybody getting their roof redone, wish they did more home repairs because I would use them 10/10 times. Any questions I had David Keith was quick to answer and handled everything even after his normal business hours and was very accommodating because of me working a night shift schedule.
