Made an appointment for someone to come and look at my roof and give an estimate. They said they would be at my home in the afternoon. By 4pm when no one had showed up, I called them to see if someone was planning on coming. Was told they were on a job that was running behind and no one would be able to make my appointment. No one bothered to call me, so I waited all day. Real professionalism there. Won't be doing any type of business with them, and definitely won't recommend them!

Justin and his Sunrise roofing crew were great start to finish. They had great communication and made the whole process as easy for us as possible. He handled everything with our insurance etc. we literally could just sit back and watch our house get a new roof/ beautiful new look within a days time. It’s amazing what a difference a new roof can do to your house! It made our home look new all over! Thank you Sunrise roofing y’all are great!

We met with Kendall from Sunrise Roofing to take care of storm damage to our roof. The whole team of employees were very accommodating and considerate to our wants and needs. Justin was very easy to work with and helped make the entire process easy. My wife and I have never had to do anything like this before, but Justin knew exactly how to explain each step of the process and approximately how long it would take. One positive note I could say would be that when he defined the deadlines and when it would be done, the crew was done exactly in those parameters. Justin is very knowledgeable of how insurance company’s, and agents, work and that certainly made my wife and I feel at ease with the entire process.
