Made the mistake of paying Mr. Whatley Bush upfront. He did half a job. He will not return my calls for a completion date on installing a dehumidifier under my crawlspace. I hired him to seal my crawlspace and install a dehumidifier. It took him 4 months to seal the crawlspace because of equipment failure, his employees not getting the support from him. His own employees were frustrated because of the lies Mr. Whatley Bush was telling his customers. I hired Mr. Whatley Bush on 11/20/17 to do this job. Here it is 07/31/18 job not finished. MR. WHATLEY BUSH will not return my calls. Do not hire this man.

Hired this company in the past, so we attempted to go with them again. Apparently the quality has taken a nosedive since we last hired them. The owner is liken to a used car salesman, making promises he knows can’t be kept, just to make a sale. We hired them for a “quick” weekend job (2-3 days tops) to install spray foam insulation in the attic and crawl space.... more than a week later and barely half of the job done, not to mention the work was bleeding into spring break (we had family in town and had to change plans because of this) we finally let them go. That was Monday, and the company still has their trailer with all their equipment and barrels of chemicals sitting in our driveway four days later, which I’m not so sure having those sitting out in the elements is a good thing. The owner has not responded to our attempts to contact him about this. We should’ve just said no thanks after seeing the deplorable condition the trailer and equipment were in, but we stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt. Shame on us. We ended up hiring someone else to finish the job, and the other company did a beautiful job in 6 hours and for almost 1/2 what this company wanted to charge us. I’d have given this company no stars if it wasn’t for the ONE guy who was trying to do the job who kept having to deal with the equipment erroring out, and ungunking the nozzle. Additionally, I should’ve listened to my gut when I noticed the owner would drop the guy off, take off, then come back hours later to pick the guy back up. No company truck? No backup equipment? No crew? I will never hire this company in any capacity again.

Summit placed our roof approx. 3 years ago and it appeared to be a good job. When it started leaking a couple of months ago, we called him and he told us he was out of town but he would call us the next week. No call back. We called again and he set up a time to come out and didn't show. Finally, after my husband set another appointment and got angry when they didn't show, someone came out at 9 p.m. one night and did a five min check and promised to repair the roof and all the inside damage starting the next day. That was 4/24/17. We have not seen or heard from them since and they stopped answering or returning our calls. We finally had to pay someone else $700 to fix it. We were told the old flashing wasn't replaced and was missing in one section and th wood underneath was rotted. We're now wondering what else was shoddily done. We still have to repair the damage to the ceiling inside the house. Ironically, one of Mr. Bush's selling points was that they were a reputable company that stood behind their work. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Whitley and his crew sprayed our condo attic about 6 years ago. His install crew did a great job. Our second floor became livable after the install. I stuck my head into the attic yesterday when the heat index outside was well over 100F, half expecting to come away with singed eyebrows. However, much to my delight, the attic was quite comfortable. Great product and great installer.

Currently in the process of Filing legal action through Small Claims Court against Whatley Bush/Summit Green Solutions for a refund. I had to cease the job and hire another contractor and roofer and he would not give me my money back. He sent an inexperienced crew to repair a 100 year old home roof decking/fascia boards that admitted to me they had NEVER worked with them and their reply" We are figuring it out as we go along"... NOT acceptable when a company has $13,825 and also not acceptable is a Crew with NO TOOLS.. they literally showed up the second day with a NEW Black/Decker combo box with a saw/drill and a new blower.. I have photos!!!! I had to loan them an extension cord and two tables for saw horses???? You can see in the photos, the botched cut on a MASSIVE fascia board that supports the front structure of my home... they shoved a shim and put putty and paint to hide, I had taken a stick to push up on the boards to see if secure and a caulk gun fell over and almost hit me in the head.... Tons of other botched photos... and NO, he would not refund me when I ceased the job, but said "He had the legal right to finish the job" I told him he would not step back on my property except to get his tools.. No One has the legal right to do a negligent job and I have the contact info for everyone that was on site.. Also, this Fascia board was NEVER attached, probably because they didn't have a nail gun, and they had already started putting decking on top of it... I had a new contractor and family members that told me, those boards could have fallen and killed someone and recommended that I cease the job immediately, as no telling what will be done that I can't see..I had holes on my roof exposing my attic for 6 days till I went and bought tarps myself. The rest of the roof photos are just as bad and scary... When you have other contractors come out and TURN DOWN a job because they are fearful to go behind them, that's bad....BE CAREFUL hiring this company, READ reviews, TAKE photos, before, DURING and after ..Customer service was GREAT when I called him for an Estimate and when he got his check for deposit, but after that, it really deteriorates... he didn't even come out to inspect why I fired him? that's sad...
