The process was painless, & my out of pocket costs were minimal as Jason navigated the insurance process for me from start to finish. I recently purchased 2 homes with 20+ year old roofs in Greensboro. After owning the homes for less than 3 months, water leaked into the inside ceiling in the larger home following a severe thunderstorm. My paint crew had just begun inside renovations, & I needed roof repair or replacement ASAP. Additionally, several roof shingles had blown off the smaller home. Filing 2 insurance claims, or worse yet, paying for 2 new roofs out of pocket gave me great angst, not to mention I don’t know much about roofs! The smaller roof required all new deck board, an additional $6000. Jason even returned on a Sunday afternoon to tarp the damaged roof areas to prevent further leaks from forecast rain storms that evening. At that point, I trusted RoofSouth, contracted with them & no longer worried about my insurance claims. Both claims were approved, & installation was seamless from beginning to end. The asphalt & metal crews showed up on time each morning, worked diligently throughout the day, cleaned up in the evening & respected my property. Dean & Jason checked on their crews periodically, discussed any concerns with my husband or me & insured we were satisfied throughout the process. Jason immediately submitted final invoices to my insurance company, & my Recoverable Depreciation was promptly paid. I am so thankful for the 5-Star service provided by RoofSouth.
