I've never used MLW but have worked with Marty on many occasions on his jobs. First thing that comes to mind is that he has the job ready when he says he will. Second thing is he pays promptly. You might ask why I'd leave this review? Because knowing both ends of the job site I can say doing your job with good scheduling and paying your subs will result in a finished product that any homeowner would be proud of. Marty is a great guy to work with I highly recommend MLW All Phase Construction and Roofing.

Have worked with MLW construction twice and both were excellent experiences. Last project was a remodel to a sunroom. Workmanship is outstanding and communication was great. Certainly would recommend and use again.

Marty and crew did some truss repair in a hard to reach area of the attic. They did an awesome job!!!! They were professional and very respectful of my home. They were in and out in no time, also very organized they already had a plan of action and got right to work. Reasonably priced and easy to work with. Will do work with them again in future if needed. Highly recommend!
