Clark Schwartz was there every step of the way. Clark was patient and helpful with us while picking out the color of the shingles. Sat down with us and went over the paperwork and answered all questions. We picked a date and time for the project to be completed and he insured everything was delivered and ready to go. He worked with my insurance company on my behalf to insure the project was covered 100%. On the date of the project, he was here with the crew all day to ensure the job was completed correctly and on time. The work crew did a great job on the roof, it turned out better than expected. They also did a great job protecting my wife’s plants. Clark assisted the crew with the thorough cleanup to include using magnet’s to pick up any additional nails in the yard. I called Universal Roofing for a quote for a commercial roof. Cody Hall performed a thorough inspection of the entire roofing system, and even provided me a detailed report with photos. He walked me through the process for their roofing installation, and communicated with me during the entire install. The results were so good, I called Cody to come do my residential home. Their work was so seamless at my home, my neighbors contacted them! They should change their company name to "Reliable Roofing". I'll continue to use them for future work.
