I posted a picture of what is left of the tarp that Mark P. Re hammered up on my roof over a year ago....it has been since September of 2014 that Mark and his company iGreen Solution has had my insurance check of over $2,000.00 an he had personally promised to put me at the top of his list to repair my roof. Last when he spoke to me (because now he will not answer or call back) he became rude an nasty with me told me he has a clause in his contracts that if we the consumer want our money back they get to keep at least $2,000.00 of the money. Issue here is I never signed a contract, he basically has stolen my money, told me he has a lawyer an be prepared to spend time in court if I wanted to go that route. It matters not that I'm in NC, he took my check, an promised he would do the work, even personally stopped by my house an re hammered on the tarp...let's see what the DA of Harris county has to say.
They installed a new roof on my church building and "threw in" the replacement of my dilapidated fascia around the building, for which I was grateful. The fascia swelled and completely peeled off the building, piece-by-piece; making the previously beautiful work they did an ugly eyesore. Igreen says it was my fault because I didn't paint their (primed woodwork) afterwards. I've consulted with no less than 10 individual roofing companies and building experts---independently and over a period of nearly 2 years. NOT ONE agreed with Igreen's assessment. Rather, they all agreed that Igreen Solutions installed a simulated wood product designed for interior use only. Further, no amount of painting would have avoided the shoddy results. Finally, I put in quotation marks--"threw in". Embarrassingly, I learned that I drastically overpaid for their services to add insult to injury. However, Igreen was instrumental in helping me establish the claim that allowed me to replace the roof. Thank you!
Worst Company I have ever dealt with. Buyers BEWARE! Extremely disorganized with poor communication. They gloss over issues without addressing them. After reading the BBB complaints, I really hope I don't have a leak later. Following a conversation the job is complete, while not up to expectations, and both parties are moving on.
I contacted this company to have a roof replaced around july 20th. they sent a guy named mark out to my house to give me an estimate and talk to my insurance company. he was rude to my insurance adjuster first and formost. i had him remove a tree that fell because of a storm that came through. he had some guys come out and cut it up and just piled it up in my back yard instead of hauling it off. now there is a dead spot in my backyard where the limbs and stuff sat for over a month. he was suppose to come out to my house last week to give me an estimate on the roof. he never showed up and i called the office and they said they could not get in contact with him that they were sorry. i received a call earlier from him saying he wanted to get back with me on the roof next week on my off day. i preceded to inform him i had already had another company taking care of it. he then got rude with me on the phone saying thanks for wasting his time and he will send me a bill for the tree. i told him go right ahead. first off he needs to send the bill to my insurance company then ill forward your company with the bill for my dead grass.
