As a former claims adjuster for catastrophe claims, and an agency owner, I am thoroughly impressed by Georgia Roof Advisors. My father recently replaced his roof by a less than reputable roofing company (no shortage of those). Last week those shingles started to slide out, as a result of poor installation, causing interior damage. In his attempt to get a tarp, or even a consultation, he attempted to reach 4 different roofers asking for help. Every one of those "roofers" ignored his want to replace the slope, and pressured him to put in a claim for hail. Even asking if the shingle was Atlas chalet, and giving him false hope that they would MAKE the insurance company pay. All while ignoring the fact that his roof is BRAND NEW, and the resulting damage was from poor installation- something that is not covered by Hazard insurance. Those roofers were only interested in replacement and by the insurance company (higher pay out). My father finally reached out to me in frustration, and I introduced him to Georgia Roof Advisors after meeting Naomi at a networking event. With in moments of reaching out, they understood the problem, found the correct shingle, had a very reasonable proposal in our hands. They had availability the very same week and completed the work, even working till dusk to make sure it was done BY HAND. No nail guns. I can not stress how AMAZED we are with the service and quality of GA Roof Advisors. I will be singing their praises for quite some time.

Georgia Roof Advisors are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They're crews are very professional and courteous. I needed a roof badly and they did a great job. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what I would like to have done, then explained what they would do in great detail. I had gotten 3 other quotes and they all wanted to replace my skylight. Chris got up on the roof and showed me why NOT to replace it. (still in great shape, didn't leak, and installed correctly) James called and kept me updated with all phases of the operation, I also had them replace my gutters which required a different crew, that crew was also dedicated to doing the job correctly and well. both crews went to great lengths to clean up the area when they were done. And lastly Naomi, friendly, courteous and a joy to talk to and called to check up when the job was complete. All in all a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend Georgia Roof Advisors to anyone that needs a roof. Well done .

They are a great company- very honest and reliable. I was selling my house and needed a roofer to come take a look at an inverted plumbing boot the buyer needed to adjust. I called several roofers, and once I had a conversation with James, I knew it was the company I wanted to go with. They gave me an affordable estimate. Once I figured out when I could do it, I called back and scheduling was a breeze even though I was out of state/ could not be at the property. They were able to work around my quick turnaround schedule and when Craig came out to the house, he was very personable and explained what he would do over the phone as I was not home. I receive pictures of the work and it was such a smooth process throughout. I would definitely use them again and have highly recommended them to friends, family and my real estate agent for future jobs.

I had several shingles falling of my roof, and other roofers that I called would only replace my entire roof. “They we’re willing to work with my insurance company.” I had already talked to my insurance company and they would not cover poor installation. I called Georgia Roof Advisors on a Saturday, and I had a quote for the repair that day. They sent their crew who worked tirelessly until the job was completed. I have never received such fantastic customer service. What a superior company to do business with. Integrity and great service are what this company is all about.
