We were so pleased to find a company that we trusted. We worked with Mike and Jake of Parson's Roofing and both of them and their crews went above and beyond in their work. We had a leak in our roof that became quite severe. Mike came out to patch the leak prior to us hiring them. Both Mike and Jake kept us well informed through out the entire process and the day the roof was replaced their crew arrived on time, finished the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. The area where the leak had happened was a problem area and they took steps to solve that problem. The next work day our gutters were replaced and this new crew were just as efficient and neat. We did not have to complete our payment until the job was fully inspected and we were satisfied with the work. What I found most impressive is that I did not lose a flower or bush around my house. We also had a birds nest tucked in our old gutters that the workers made every effort to protect.

Parsons roofing has great customer service. They are willing to go above and beyond to make a customer happy. Jay has been very professional throughout my experience with the company and has been a pleasure to work with. Jake was also very professional and even called me to check in, days after the originally schedule workday, to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Overall, I must say Parsons has exceeded my expectations and have helped to make me a very happy customer.

I was very impressed with the professionalism beginning and ending with the salesman Mike who took responsibility for the job to the end. Why four stars, well there is only one thats perfect right?

Very good pricing and when I had an issue, they came right out and fixed the problem. The issue was very small and 5 years after the initial install.
