Empire roofing replaced my roof just yesterday. They were a pleasure to work with and made the process very easy. My entire roof, including ripping off all of the shingles and replacing several pieces of plywood, was completed in one day. They did a fantastic job with cleanup and left no trace of them being there behind. The crew was polite and very professional. My roof looks simply marvelous. I walk outside just to look at it several times a day. I would recommend Empire Roofing to anybody looking for a new roof. Thank you for making the process a pleasure and doing such a wonderful job!

Ever heard of...or better yet, seen...a "skilled roofer" getting stuck on a roof? It truly happens!! What more can you do other than fire the contracting company that fails due diligence and allows this to happen? This is only a fraction of the mess I was dealing with prior to meeting Tom with Empire Roofing. Tom made every effort to make us feel like a priority and assured us that he would be there for us every step of the way in the process of dealing with our insurance. He, without a doubt, stayed true to his word! The professionalism was impeccable and the knowledge evident. Tom was able to answer any questions or concerns throughout the process and never lead us to question his expertise or business approach. It has truly been a pleasure working with Tom and his team. Without his help, our roof would have only been patched, but I am ecstatic to say we came out on top with a new roof that we couldn't be more pleased with. We called Empire roofing due to everyone in our neighborhood having their signs out in their yard. We had damage to our roof, floors and fence. Tom was great to work with and getting everything done in a timely manner. He checked out every project after it was completed and made adjustments till we were fully happy. He was even nice enough to help me out when my light bulb on our staircase went out and we didn’t have a tall enough ladder. Over all, we were very happy with the work we had done and how much he cared about our home as well. Thanks Tom, Quan, and everyone else involved!

Great experience through the whole process getting our roof replaced. Work was done fast and professionally. Tom DeNicola was a great help making sure we understood just what was going to be done.

Tom, from Empire Roofing and Restoration, was impressive with his willingness to help in every way possible. He helped assist in filing our claim and walked us through the process. Although there were some hiccups in the scheduling/delivery of materials, Tom stepped up and took control of the matter. The crew sent out to do the install did an awesome job also. They were on time, knew what they were to do, and it got done. Overall, the company was pleasant to work with and the roof looks great!
