Came out to my home as promised. Owner did not inspect roof, his worker did. Owner spent a lot more time talking than his worker spent on my roof. He claimed that I would not have any leak after the repair and guarantee the repair for 3 years. He even promised that he would come back if I called to say the leaks still exist. The first time I called the owner answered. I explained that the leak still exists. He said he would call me in a couple of days to a schedule a visit. After 4 day of not receiving a call and more rain and damage. I called the work number on two different occasions. It’s been a month now, no return calls or a visit.
