customer service is Terrible. I call multiple times talked to many people about a roof they did for me and problems i was having. No call backs. I finally got them to come look at problems and their service guy said it was an installation problem. They do not stand behind their work.

Matthew really knows his business and he recognizes that making a customer satisfied is the key to being in business. My experience was top notch and my home looks great. I have had neighbors tell me that they are experiencing roof envy. Seriously though, I wish all of my experiences with contractors were as good as this. He was there when he said he'd be and cleaned up when done. I even got a visit after the job was done to make sure that I'm satisfied. Use this company!
