Very professional, I never had to deal with the insurance, they handled everything for me. We upgraded to architectural shingles and worth it, was not much more. From the sales person staying in touch to the crew being on time, everything went smooth. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Easiest roof replace I ever had to deal with. They send periodic emails to help remind me of things to look for on my new roof and just continues to make me feel we made the right decision with this company.
