I responded to an advertisement in the Valu-pack for a free estimate for window replacement...the sales associate Brett came by and he was nice enough at first..Brett did the measurements and took his notes...I informed Brett early on that we would not make a decision until we had 3 estimates for the job ...He acknowledged my statement and continued with the presentation....after being subjected to Brett's 4 and Half hour sales pitch he finally got it through his head that we were going to get 2 more estimates like I told him 40 minutes into the presentation...he was not respectful of my time or my decision process....I would not work with Taylor if these are the sales tactics they condone....high pressure and very aggressive....let the quality of your product speak for itself...don't hold the customer hostage for 4 1/2 hours in their own home ...Nice Guy, terrible listener...He claimed that we would be wasting our time getting other estimates because he had the competition's estimates with him (which he displayed...but we wanted to see other firms!!!

Randy with Taylor Construction was fantastic! He provided excellent service and his knowledge of the product was spot on. Me and the wife are thrilled with our purchase and will be back again for more windows down the road. Thank you Randy for an awesome experience with Taylor Construction.

The entire experience with Taylor Construction was extremely satisfying. The sales guy knew his product and didn't push us. It was very laid back and not a high pressure situation. They measured my windows twice for accuracy. They kept in contact with me letting me know when windows order was placed and when to expect an install appointment call. They worked around my schedule for installation. The installers...these guys were top notch. They were extremely well mannered, and very polite. They worked fast, and quietly. Sure there was some banging as expected but over all, very quiet. They took out a window, and immediately replaced it. They removed the windows carefully and left no glass pieces, and also removed all trash. The windows fit perfectly with maybe 1/8 an inch gap on 2 windows. They filled those gaps with caulking on both sides. They worked all day to replace all 10 windows. I have a multiple story home so the ladder work slowed them down some, but they stayed to finish the job almost til night. They even worked when it sprinkled a little. They didn't rush or cut corners I could tell an immediate difference in a reduction of outside noises (I'm on a busy street) and also the temperature difference in each room. They followed us with me about 2-3 weeks to make sure I was happy with the job. Sure they are a touch more expensive than others, but the windows are second to none and the installers are well worth it. There are times when cheapest isn't the best, this is well worth it.i have a saying: High Quality, Cheap, Good Workmanship... You get to pick 2. With Taylor I felt I got Quality and Workmanship at a fair price All in all I am extremely satisfied with both the product, install, and the company as a whole.

Paid over $10,000 for windows most of the windows are not square called them someone came out and just made excuses and never fixed any of the windows have some one working on my house and found out they did not replace the rotted wood like they said they would just I put the windows in with it like that not happy at all that I am still playing for these none square windows and now having to pay some one to replace the bad wood that should have been replace with the new windows do not fall for there sales pitch they do not stand behind there work

I love my windows. I have recommended Taylor Construction to others as well. I know you might find other companies possibly a little less, but they do a great job, I love the windows themselves and I love the outside cladding. People even say those are some nice windows.
