I had two roofs done by Kapili, in September and December of 2018. The first job was White Lava coating on my rental house and garage. The second was to replace a shingled roof on my cottage. In both cases the work was done with the utmost professionalism. The crews called first, prepped the surrounding area, did the job and cleaned up better than when they started. I am totally satisfied. After the jobs were done, I moved to the mainland and in the transition I lost one of the receipts I needed to do my taxes. I contacted Kapili by email and they emailed me a copy of the receipt the same day. I call that great customer service. It sure saved me a lot of time and headache. I highly recommend Kapili for their excellent workmanship and customer service.

Not only did the roofing crew do a great job on our house, we were very satisfied with the great communication anytime a concern or delay (weather can cause delays) came up. Brennan was also very helpful in recommending other qualified people to help us with other needs (e.g., plumbing, etc.). Mahalo Kapili!
