Roofing Specialists are simply the best. Easy to work with, no job is too small and fast, great service. We own several homes and have had use their services many times over the years and the service is always excellent. Kim is incredible to work with. Unlike other companies who had turned me away for small jobs, Kim listened to me and took the time to make sure our property was take care of. Ms. Danielson, We are sorry that you feel this way about our company. Our company completed two repairs per Mr. McClellan's phone calls. We completed the first repair on February 15, 2019, which was a temporary emergency repair because of the rain. Mr. McClellan and the adjuster were both informed this was a temporary repair. Our company completed the second repair on March 29, 2019 (which was paid for) I have personally spoken to Mr. McClellan several times within the last 3 months regarding the invoice for the temporary emergency repair that has not been paid. He did give me a claim number but he was going to call me back with the insurance company information, and as of today 6/21/2019, I still have not received the insurance information. Never during my conversation with Mr. McClellan did he state that the repairs completed did not stop the leaks. Your comment was the first time our company heard this. Finally, and most importantly, your comments concerning our employee are extremely hurtful. This employee has worked for us over 10 years and he takes great pride in his work. Kim Meyer of Roofing Specialists put on new roof for me a few years back that has stood the test of time. Not one shingle has blown off! I also had awnings installed by another company before I knew about Roofing Specialists. The back awning blew off 3 times and the front awning once. Kim came out and installed brand new heavy duty quality awnings instead of the cheap junk the other company put on. I have high winds where I live between a mountain range. Kim's awnings have stayed put with no problems even in high winds. Kim Meyers is a man of his word.

I had the pleasure of hiring Roofing Specialists in 2014, after our home sustained horrible roof damage after a microburst hit it. We were not able to live in our home for more than 3 months while construction was going on to repair all the damage. We had to deal with a number of different companies for different repairs and I can say without a doubt this company was the best. Our claim for the total damages was paid to our mortgage company but we had to file for payments to each different contractor with our mortgage co to release payment. They were great with all the process we had to go through, but I made sure that I did everything I had to do for funds to be released to each company. They were not able to do this, we had to submit everything for insurance monies to be released. I now have my daughters house that needs a new roof, and without a doubt or hesitation I immediately called Kim Myers at Roofing Specialist. They do great work and I highly recommend them for your Roofing needs.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The owner Kim called my husband phone and left a vm saying he was going to beat on our door for payment! Mind you we gave them a claim number that our insurance gave us for them to get paid. I called him back and let him have it! dont use this horrible company! They sent some tweaker out to do a patch job WHICH WAS NEVER FINISHED! It still leaks, and the guy said he would come back and never did! We gave them the danm claim number and now hes trying to get double paid by us! well it's not happening! Best believe we are calling the cops on the owner for his threats! HORRIBLE!
