Contracted with All Custom Exteriors to replace roof on older home. The entire experience from initial estimate through completion was exceptional. Trent did an excellent job with the estimate, provided detail of the worked to be done, explained possible contingencies and answered all my questions. The office staff (Jennifer) was was very professional and responsive to questions and request. The work crew arrived early on the day promised and Cal explained the work plan and estimated duration of the job. John, Jess and Joe were great on the job. Even thought the tear-off was a bit more challenging than expected, they were troopers in keeping a good disposition through the job. They communicated well at each stage of the work. Appreciated that they took great care to clean up at the end of each day. The finished project was outstanding, the house looks like a different place and we know that a roof problem will not be a worry for some time. They were not the least expensive bid; however, after talking with Trent I had confidence in what they proposed including the possibility of some extra work depending on what was discovered after tear-off. Thank you all for your professionalism, quality work and customer care.

The men who put on our siding were real professionals. They kept our property clean. The work was beyond what we thought it would look like. The men also we very polite, professional plus friendly. They never said an unpleasant word while working. On time, clean, polite and friendly, what more could you ask for. Oh yes, the price was not bad either.

I contacted multiple contractors for a job, including All Custom Exteriors who provided a bid/proposal. I decided to use All Custom Exteriors and let the other contractors know I chose another company. I contacted All Custom Exteriors to coordinate the job and the foreman, Trent, decided they didn't want the job. This is, in my opinion, was unprofessional and I will never contact them again. Reply to response...I did contact Sharon at All Custom Exteriors soon after Trent decided not to do the job. She listened to how I got the bid, contacted Trent to do go forward with the job and that he decided not to do the job after I told other contractors I chose All Custom Exteriors. She offered no assistance, hence my review.

All custom exteriors are great to work with as a builder. They do a great job when we invite them to bid our projects and respond quickly and efficiently and they're always friendly. We appreciate working with them and look forward to many future projects.
