Would not suggest, super pushy and not professional when you gets cussed at because you won't sign the contract on the spot. Friend had them roof their house last year and many leaks and the shingle company won't warranty the roof because "it was installation error" called company and once they heard it is on them they won't return calls, whole roof had to be replaced again less then a year later. Would not recommend.

Absolutely amazing. We had someone over very quick to give an estimate. John was great and very friendly. Customer service is huge in my book. If I don't have friendly people, they don't get my business. John was extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing, and that made us very comfortable. Not only was John great, but their receptionist Crystal was extremely nice. Emailed back very quickly and always answered the phone with a great attitude. They finished our roof extremely quick too! We will be calling in the future when we get our siding done!

Although it can be scary trusting a company with a big home improvement project like roof replacement, Spring Valley Roofing did an amazing job and were able to put my mind at ease during the whole process. This wasn't a cut and dry job of replacing the shingles. There were problems with the roof line on my house which added more complicated repairs. I just wanted to find someone who could make sure the problem would be fixed the first time and I did. I found Spring Valley Roofing. They were great. They explained what they need to do to correct the problem, they provided a quote and the details of what the quote covered, they answered all of my questions and kept in contact with me throughout the whole project and not just when there was a change in what needed to be done. The construction crew were hard workers and worked with me to schedule the work. They really did a beautiful job. I can't say enough about the Spring Valley team. It really was like working with a family friend that knew everything about roofs and I always felt like they had my best interest in mind. Thanks for everything Sandie Reitsma

Been waiting 3 months for our soffits to be replaced and they keep telling us another month another month. Well snow is about to fly and we have a gaping hole in our house. Guess our money will go somewhere else.
