Dave was great when we were initially debating siding and roofing. We decided to engage Affordable Pro and we have been satisfied with the work. Now that the work is done, we have had some fascia come lose. I have called Dave numerous times as well as one of his contractors. I cannot seem to get them to call me back. I have had to climb on my roof and staple the fascia back up. I need them to come fix it properly, but they do not return my calls.

Initially Dave came and gave me an estimate and then I tried to get them to actually show up. No call, no show! Don't waste your time!

I contacted Dave Hernandez about providing an estimate on fixing a leak in my attic due to a bad roof ridge vent. - He was out the same day I called and provided an honest assessment of the problem and life expectancy of my roof. (A different company was trying to sell an entire new roof when it wasn’t required.) - His estimate to replace the roof ridge vent was better than others and demonstrated fair pricing. - Since my house had a pending offer, he moved in the work date to support my commitment to the buyer and did not price gouge me to do so. - He went up himself into the attic to perform some clean up since I was experiencing some health issues and showed me a picture of the final result which looked great. - There were no surprise additional costs or fees at the end and they cleaned up their mess. - I would certainly work with Affordable Pro Roofing again and highly recommend them to others. My experience is that they provide fair pricing, trustworthy advice, and quality work.
