My experience started out good as a referral from a family member, but it went south real quick when they decided to tear the old roofing material off on a day forecasted for 100% rain. Then, you could only guess that the rain came into my house. After a few phone calls and the owner visting my house, they claimed there was no damage to the interior of my home and proceeded to complete the repair. I decided to inspect that and many of the tiles had tar all over them. So, I had to call them out again to take care of that. Which was them having to tear up the tiles again and replace them with new ones because of the sloppy work done initially. Yes, they handled the problem. And they probably lost money. But because of the headaches, I would highly suggest looking for a different roofing contractor. This was considered a small job and turned out to be a mess. I could only imagine what a full replacement would have been. Good luck finding a reliable roofing contractor!
