As Realtors we deal with a lot of roofing companies. This is one to AVOID! Mysteriously 3 trusses are broken after their $6000 worth of work is completed for our client. We ask them to fix it for our client and they say "our warranty doesn't cover acts of God". Then they let us know if we are selling the house to inform the new buyer they must pay $250 to transfer the warranty. WHAT WARRANTY?! Doing business this way will end in a lawsuit, I hope our client decides to sue. We will see. PS Todd is greedy, I have read about him in other reviews and it's true. He cares about one thing and that's getting paid for horrible service.

If you go through this company, avoid having their worker, Tod, do any of your work. Very unprofessional and only cares about the money and not his customers. He was assigned a roof leak claim on my home warranty in May 2019. On the phone, before he even came out, he tried to tell me I owe him a $100 service fee, which my warranty claim fee is only $45. Even my home warranty company confirmed that he was not correct and that he would only be reimbursed $45. I told him that he was not getting any money from me, and that he did not have to show up to my house if he was not okay with how the home warranty was going to pay him. Needless to say, he still came to my house on May 17th and diagnosed my leak. He talked badly about my home warranty company saying they would not cover anything, without even submitting an estimate to them, and that I would owe him $1600 if I wanted the leak repaired. He then proceeded to tell me the service call was $100, after we already had this conversation on the phone. I again refused to pay him since the home warranty was covering the service, and he got upset and then he sped off. He is now refusing to even send the home warranty the diagnosis estimate because he has not been paid. I told him he needed to send them the estimate in for them to pay him. But no, now I am still here, with monsoon season coming, with a leak that needed to be fixed a month ago. Todd has poor worth ethic , unprofessional, and needs to stop taking warranty calls if he does not want to follow their process!

I would highly recommend this Company! Very , very high quality work! Not to mention the kind, considerate and very professional people that do the work. Also, very competitive pricing which is nicely affordable. Thank you AZ roofing!!! And everyone who took care of my roofs. Thx again. ;).......

When my roof leaked, I called a friend to ask who she would recommend. She told me to call Arizona Roofing Systems. I did. They called me right back and came over the next day. After I accepted the proposal, they came out and fixed it right away. They were prompt, courteous, and they cleaned up after themselves (which I really appreciated). I would highly recommend Chris, Josh and the team at Arizona Roofing Systems. They did a great job.
