I just got a mailing from First Call for their contracting services. I would not touch them with a 10-foot 2x4. After a house fire we suffered, First Call submitted a bid for reconstruction (more than $350,000). The bid was incomplete. We asked for corrections and clarification for the 22% mark-up on Pella Windows that had just been measured for a renovation. They never responded to our questions despite repeated calls and requests. We almost forfeited our insurance money because of the delay they caused (repairs within 12 months of the fire required). Absolutely the worst contractor I have dealt with. They have not even come back for the the lock-box they left after they boarded up the house after the fire. Shameful operation

My husband and I used firstcall for a cleaning job a few weeks. I can say without a doubt they did a wonderful job. Positive, detail oriented, and so professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of their services.

I recently had First Call to my personal house for an outside faucet water leak from the 2019 cold snap. I called them at 5:15 on a Thursday evening, and they were there to help within 45 minutes and referred me to a plumber to fix the leak. All water was cleaned up within 2 hours, carpet pad out and dehumidifiers and fans in place. I couldn't recommend First Call more, they took care of everything very professionally and very quickly.
