Very poor service. Jimbo's routed the water in such a way that it is running back underneath the house underneath the driveway & the houses foundation. They want $175.00 to come back out & rectify their design flaw. I am disabled and now have to go fix it myself which is as simple as removing 3-4" of the downspout with a hacksaw to fit a splash block underneath it. It is maybe a fifteen minute job tops for someone with a healthy back, I am concerned of damage to my house's foundation & the driveway cracking. At least they got the color right is why I gave them one star. Do yourself a favor & stay clear of this guy.
