My husband & I recently got our roof replaced with Bartlette Roofing. Our point of contact was Eric Johnson who did an amazing job helping us with an insurance claim for wind damage. He made the entire process effortless for us. He was there with the insurance adjuster, showed up the morning the demo crew arrived and the morning the install crew showed up. After the entire job was complete he came out again and inspected the job himself. The demo crew and the install crew we also amazing. Very polite and courteous. Eric and his crew did an amazing job. I just wrapped things up with working with Justino Mora @ Bartlett Homes and Roofing, and can I just say what honest work this guy did. As General contractor he is truly out there to help the customer and not just chase a dollar. Not only did he quadruple the amount of money I received from my insurance to do the job right, he got the job done, when he said it was going to be done, and he has followed up to make sure i'm satisfied and it meets what i was looking for. I will be recommending Justino and his crew any time I can. I'm Impressed and look forward to continuing business with him in the future.
