Taylor Roofing installed new roofs at a property back in 2012 and ever since they completed the job, the shingles have been falling off every summer. Instead of offering a permanent solution, they extended the warranty and promised to come out any time shingles needed repair/replacement. It has been a very unpleasant experience trying to get them to hold up their end of the contract. No one answers the phone or returns calls. The one person that actually responded said the subcontractor who installed the roofs no longer works for Taylor and gave out that persons contact info - not surprisingly he does not respond to calls or emails either. Taylor got their money and now they are nowhere to be found.

I wanted to share how impressed I have been with this company. We had them replace our home's roof this summer. They are a true professionals and that comes though in all aspects of the project. Roger Carpenter was a great project manager and made sure that all the tiniest details were taken care of. The crew worked quickly, efficiently and carefully and were done in one day. If you want the peace of mind knowing the work is done properly look no further. Thanks again!

You always want someone that won't try to pull the wool over your eyes. After the lastest spring storms, I had three different roofing companies stop by my house and told me stories of how bad my roof was, and they would work with the insurance company to get the job done correctly. I was at a business after hours and met Mel from Taylor Roofing, who said he'd be glad to have the roof inspected and evaluated. Long story short - I really didn't need a new roof, but I needed some repairs, and needed to keep my drains cleaned. I know I'll call them first, when I need the roof replaced, just for their upfront honesty.
