This business has scammed me. I just had the roof on my house replaced on July 2013 and Josh Corcoran the owner took off with the money for the roofing materials provided by my Insurance Co. I now owe Building Materials in Fort Madison, Ia for the costs of the roofing and the contractor refuses to pay this business as he had previously kept promising me that he would....such a liar!! What he has done to me, he'll do to everyone! Consumers beware of this business.
