The price was fair, they were on time, the supervisor checked in with us daily to see that everything was going well. We had to make a few decisions along the way and Eric was knowledgeable and very professional with his recommendations. If the need arises, I would work with this company again. They were wonderful! Waited for a couple storms to pass through before I gave my review of the company. I had my tile roof underlayment replaced. I received multiple quotes and Monsoon was right in the middle of the pack. What put them over the top was Melvin's explanation of the quote and the things they would do to bring my 30 year old roof up to modern standards. During the whole 5 day process, they took pictures and shared them and informed where they were at. They did additional work on a skylight that wasn't sitting properly. Excellent work and was happy with the end product.

Melvin and his workers are the best. My husband researched many companies when we needed a new roof. We asked neighbors for recommendations, went on websites, BBB, and interviewed folks. Melvin was so honest and told us exactly what he would do and the rationale for what materials and techniques he uses. His staff went above and beyond when painting the fascia and were very friendly and quiet. Such hard workers!!!!! EXCEPTIONAL clean-up every day and at the end of the project. Melvin came by on a frequent basis to see of we had questions and to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. The work they performed was quality and we have not had any problems. I definitely recommend Melvin and his crew. We are the 5th home on our cul-de-sac to need a new roof and all have used Melvin. +++++++
